Wasn’t able to fly in to open the box until a month after it arrived. I pulled the brand new device out of the box to check it out and the lid would not open. We tried everything but the lid is completely broken. It is past the 30 day return limit and I’m waiting to get in touch with the company to see if they will replace this device for me. See pictures attached. As a positive, it is very silent. However, I will never continue to support a company that lies about its product. Don't trust Vision Scientific for your needs.
