One of my favorite easy to cook dishes is to buy the mixed vegetable pack (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots) take a large skillet with 2 tablespoons olive oil, put in the vegetables and spray the garlic juice on the top. Cover and cook on medium high and ti is similar to a stir fry. I personally like it when it gets a slight char on some of the veggies. Ironically, I did not buy this to cook with. I mix one part garlic juice, one part ginger root juice and two parts cider vinegar. Two ounces cures my severe leg cramps I had been suffering with for twenty years.
