**Q: Can a bathroom be added upstairs directly over the first floor bath?**
A: I don't see why not

A: yes

**Q: Can the framed structure be built with metal framing?**
A: you have some really good questions, my husband designed these cabin stock plans but unfortuntely he recently lost his battle with cancer and I'm just not sure about a metal structure. Susan

**Q: What pitch is this roof?**
A: The front half is 12/12, the back portion is 6.5/12, the porch roof is 4/12
