All this to say, I am starting with very dry nails. I have also used these drops on my toes, which I do them from scratch myself - and it worked just as well. But toenails are easier to leave to dry because we're not using them to do anything after they're painted so they can be left alone. Apply your base coat, nail polish coats, top coat and leave them for about a minute to 'dry' in between layers and then apply this at the end. I applied as a cuticle oil and positioned my nails so gravity can pull the oil down onto my nails, and also applied it as a cuticle oil and a few drops on one of my nails to see if it made a difference - made no difference, both methods still dried my nails so quickly! I checked like 1-5 mins after application as I was nervous and had to see if it worked and my nails were DRY. Not tacky whatsoever, completely smooth.
