As with all DAB's the problem is battery life, its best to buy re-chargeables. **Q: Can you get fm radio on this or any irish radio stations (not dab)** A: You can get FM as well as DAB. I'd wanted a radio that was compact but still able to offer reasonable quality output - and this has delivered. I doubt that I could get Irish radio stations on FM from here in Surrey. **Q: What’s the loudess like ? What wattage speakers ?** A: I find the volumes fine for the size of rooms I have. There is no distortion at low or high volume. This is a very good Wifi radio, excellent sound, good conductivity to the remote Wifi router, easy to set up. I would not be without it for music and comedy programmes. But, I cannot speak for it as portable as I use it on the mains not battery.
