Trim excess fat, but leave skin on meat. I season with garlic and onion powder and salt and pepper. Preheat fryer 5 minutes at 380. Fry skin side down first in basket for 10-12 minutes. Flip chicken, shack a little paprika on skin and air fry another 10-11 minutes. Fry times will vary depending on size. The picture of the wings are a little dark but these are my favorite hot wings without sauce as well as the smaller wingettes. I could have adjusted the timing 5 minutes less than the preset time but they were still very delicious. The cleanup was very easy, I hand washed even though it is dish washer safe. The crinkle cut fries were better than restaurant cooked fries. I am very please with this purchase and the price was very affordable. I highly recommend this product. Oh and I had no plastic smell on the first time using it.
