Very easy. The problem with this brand so far is that the batter went flat on me for some reason and the pancakes looked like something astronauts get while they're in space. Not too appetizing. I have not yet made a batch of pancakes yet using this brand where I mix in brown sugar and cinnamon. That's how I always make them. When I used this brand the first time I didn't include the extra ingredients just mentioned, so maybe that makes a difference. I will try to update this review regarding that next time I make pancakes. (If you have any extra salted caramel syrup laying around, it seems to do an incredible job on the consistency of the batter. YEOW. Was THAT good. Mixing in some syrup to the batter helped with all the other brands. I still have to try that to make the simplicity of a quick meal going on here.
