I bought a 500mg product of L-arginine, 500mg is written on the front of the box but 1000mg is written on the back of the box, I want to know that it is 500mg or 1000mg.

Definitely helps with muscle recovery, however.....
The product I received was genuine, and without any damage.Regarding the products effectiveness, I found it most useful as a post-workout recovery tool. The vasodilation that occurs, helps repair/heal the muscles through better blood circulation, and Nitric Oxide delivery to the muscles.I found that a dosage of 2000 mg or 4 pills to be the most effective. Two pills in the morning, and two post-workout. Even during split training, i.e. working out twice a day, I was able to fully recover by the next day.
