One is definitely smaller and deflates faster. They are soft and easy to inflate. One ball keeps deflating. A little trick is, after the ball is blown up, keep blowing air into the straw whilst simultaneously plugging the hole with the pin. Bite the straw to pull it out and plug the hole. This is what I did to keep air from escaping. I use these balls for leg strengthening physical therapy exercises that require me to squeeze one ball between my knees and hold/squeeze the second ball. They are the exact size therapy balls used at the hospital's physical therapy facility. Agree with some reviews that they are not the same size but it’s not a problem or us. We use them as play balls for our toddler so having two sizes is great. It’s just cheap so don’t expect consistency.I couldn’t figure out how to inflate them at first and then realized the plug comes installed in the hole but because of the shape of the plugs I thought that the plugs were just the hole and that they didn’t come with plugs. Finally figured it out and it was very easy to fill with air using the straw. Read several reviews and that helped. It looks like at least one other reviewer had the same confusion as me.
