    Watermark failure

Purchased to use with my projector but the watermark is horrible. The USB flash drive has two directories one for vertical and one for horizontal videos. The vertical files do not have the watermark but it so happens I need the horizontal files which have the watermark. WindowsFX wasn't even consistent on their watermark.I've updated my 1 star to 3 stars:Emailed support and they admitted that they had a loading error caused at their manufacturing and unknown until after they were sold. Kathy was quick to resolve my issue by providing the missing files. Here's the support email just in case you get a bad USB Flash drive CustomerService@productworksllc.com.

    Doesn’t work as advertised

This doesn’t work on my projector.  The video remains small with the stats on the right.  Also the water mark of the company is across the video, which is ridiculous.
