Pros: It has a place for a pencil, the iPad has ability of a 360 degree rotation, and I really like the purple butterfly design. The most concerning con is how shallow the grooves are to adjust having the iPad at a convenient angle, because the; iPad constantly slips. Its replacement has deeper grooves, feels more substantial and protective (it was almost twice the cost), has the pencil groove, AND has an elastic strap to keep it closed.
