What is the outer diameter measurment?** A: Mr. P. Gonzales: Mine is installed, so I measured it from the outside, rather than edge to edge inside dimensions before installing. It is 3 inches diameter, and, if it helps, 2" from center screw to center screw. It hooked up nicely to the wire drain plug attachment. All in all, I think it took me about a half hour to do. Would've done it sooner but I had to look for my tools. **Q: Does it come with a cotter pin?** A: I do not think so. **Q: Why is this item not returnable?** A: Who knows why it's not returnable, who cares, maybe because it's so dirt cheap it would cost more to do so, I've had mine a year almost now and works great, what you something for nothing, then want to return it.
