I’ve had so much trouble finding galangal in any of the Asian grocery stores around me (I’m talking multiple trips to several stores over the course of a week) that I just decided to order it online. The galangal arrived quickly and was very fresh! If you’re looking to grow your own you could likely propagate it from this. It added a lot of authenticity to my Thai cooking and I couldn’t be more pleased.
