I have had one for over four months. I have felt supported by it and like it might be contributing to my gradual improvement. My knee got injured 17 months ago and I have done many things to try to make it better, including extreme training modifications, months of physical therapy and doctor visits, two MRIs, RPW therapy, acupuncture, and cortisone shots. Any improvement has been difficult to notice, but I do think it's improving extremely gradually, and I feel that this sleeve is part of that. One thing I'll say is I ordered my size based on measurements. I was not very close to borderline, so I ordered the recommended size. Although it works, it was a bit looser than I wanted. I ended up ordering a second one a size down and I like it better and feel that it does a better job. Now I use the bigger one for icing (I have a small, flat ice pack that can fit inside the sleeve.) Unfortunately some of the silicone sticky material that helps the sleeve to stay in-place has started to come off on the newer, smaller one. That is the main reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5. It has not caused an issue, yet. Otherwise the sleeve is great, comfortable, and easy to do everything in.
