I tried it out one day, took the recommended dosage of 4 drops on the tongue, and didn't really feel anything. Also it tasted like alcohol, which was icky but it goes away quickly. I came back to read more reviews, and hoped that I could find someone who did something different to make it work. Sure enough, one person used more than just 4 drops, as they suffered from anxiety issues like I do. So the next day I do a dropper full. Flavor is obviously stronger, and it burned like fire to swallow!! But it definitely did the job of calming me down. A little drowsy but not so much that I could fall asleep. It definitely works, you just have to adjust the dosage to make it right for you.
