I would also like to advise that using a moisturizer or cream to remove them is so much better than using water. While they may work just fine for some folks, they didn't seem to give me the 'open nasal' effect that Breathe Right Extra does. If you just throw them on your nose anywhere they won't work as well. Strong adhesive. A little hard to remove but I'm guessing that's what's needed to keep them on all night.
