It's brilliant, stick an onion in a bowl then press the motorhead for three seconds and you have perfectly chopped (and sized) onion. I cut the onions into quarters so they fit in the bowl (you've got to peel the outer skins anyway) Three seconds and done. The bowls wash in seconds, the seals come off to make hyper clean. There is one blade and the containers are 500 ml each which I have no problem with. I make scones and pastry with them, you just have to crumb the 8 ozs flour and butter in two batches and then mix it in a bowl. It has not let me down. I have blended many herbs in it. I’ve chopped onions it is all around a fantastic time saver in the kitchen for me. It looks smart. It has a measuring diagram on the side and it literally chops within seconds. It is very easy to clean with one blade and a bowl is simply detached so easily this chopper has not let me down.
