Review: Good product, but be warned - This product performed amazing! I followed the instructions and cleaned out my washing machine drain the line and the filter before I ran it. I ran it through and it did such a great job and I decided to run it again because I just moved into this house and it came with this washer and dryer and the washer was just nasty so I ran it again. The cycle was amazing. It was spotless 10 out of 10 drain the filter again with the water was clear smelled great! I was super excited. I decided to run one more cycle without the cleaner to just clean everything out then my washer stopped draining. I had to drain it manually gave it a day. Tried to get it to start again. washer stopped draining. I think the product removed so much gunk that it clogged the drain pump, Really great product but be careful if you have a super super gross machine! I would highly recommend this product.

**Q: What are the ingredients in this product?**
A: The active ingredients are Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (Creates the foam and suds necessary to penetrate and remove grime) and Sodium Percarbonate (anti-microbial disinfectant) Both ingredients are tested as Eco-Friendly and not harmful to aquatic organisms or the environment. The amount of anti-microbial is not significant enough to affect the balance in Septic Systems when used occasionally as directed. Inactive ingredients include Polyvidone (Helps form the structure of the tablet) Citric Acid (Natural Preservative) Sodium Citrate (Neutralizing Agent) Sodium polyacrylate (Helps keep the tablet dry until use) All ingredients are deemed Eco-Friendly and has been deemed unharmful to the environment.

A: It's made in China,  so it can not be cruelty free as they require animal testing.

I have used several different type products to clean my washing machine and never had such a problem with suds at the end of the cycle. I actually ran a small quick wash cycle to rinse out the machine after it was done. Other than that it did a good job. The machine was very clean and I don't have any problem with odor like I have had after some of the other "cleaners". All in all though it what it was supposed to do. Maybe the suds were from actually cleaning old residue. After a month still now odor problem with my front load.
