I usually get a size small or medium, depending on the item. I got a medium because the reviews said it ran so small (almost made me get a large). The medium is actually true to size. I posted a picture with a new, unwashed black Anvil unisex t-shirt size medium (the jersey is red and it’s beneath the t-shirt to show an exact comparison in size). As you can see, they are pretty much the same size. The jersey is actually slightly wider. The fit is good. It’s a relaxed fit. If I wanted a fitted jersey I would need a small. As for the sheerness…it is pretty sheer. You’ll have to wear something underneath if you don’t wanna show skin.
