I'm 5ft, petite but my bust is always my biggest concern. I measure 38 around my chest and was skeptical whether to get to recommended medium or size down and go small. I ended up getting medium, and I love the fit. I work in a dental office so I like to have a little movement in my scrubs, but not have it look too baggy and loose. Medium fit just right for me. I included pictures, so if you're looking for a more snug fit, then size down and get small. Fabric-wise, it's nice and thick (doesn't feel cheap), but cool enough to breath in and not to keep me hot during summer days.

The scub jacket has nice material & fits well but the cuffs were way too tight. I took scissors & cut the cuffs in half.
