**Q: why is it not still clear**
A: It is clear. It comes tired liked that but goes on completely clear. I've worn it over white nail and it's still clear. Honestly best top coat I have ever used. Also dries super fast

**Q: Can you still use seche vite top coat over this top coat or is it not necessary?**
A: It's not necessary.
After applying over entire polished nail I put extra around the tip and blend with top. In about a week I apply another coat for shine. Always get 2 weeks before next manicure.

**Q: Is this the best top coat?**
A: I absolutely love it!! It dries very fast!! I’m going to order another bottle 😊😊
