I love milk but as I got older the whole milk would make me sick. I then changed to 1% and 2% which helped for awhile but it created the same stomach problems as the whole milk. I decided to change to Lactaid because it’s lactose free and so far it’s been a game changer. No more stomach problems and it really does taste like regular milk. I’ve never noticed a difference. Would recommend any one having stomach issues to try this milk.
