Feel around and pull up the black assembly that basket sits in gently. Practice a few times and it will become easier. **Q: I was using this product for a week. One day juicing my vegetables, then all of a sudden the machine stop working. What could possibly be wrong?** A: Same here. Used about 4 times, stopped use…..was sent a replacement and same thing with that one. Probably won’t be buying this brand again. **Q: Are you able to juice without peeling and cutting the fruits and vegetables?** A: I don't peel anything but the oranges because the instructions clearly say that the thicker skins could damage the juicer. The only time I cut something up is if it's too big to go into the feeding area. Otherwise I don't do any extra prep. **Q: How well does this juicer handle celery bunches?** A: The juicer is very high powered. The juicer needs to be cleaned after the pitcher provided is full. I juice celery bunches with great success. ## Frequently Bought Together - Mueller Juicer Ultra Power, Easy Clean Extractor Press Centrifugal Juicing Machine, Wide 3" Feed Chute for Whole Fruit Vegetable, Anti-drip, Large, Silver - [ 8 Pack ] Glass Juicing Bottles with 2 Straws & 2 Lids w Hole- 16 OZ Travel Drinking Jars, Water Cups with Black Airtight Lids, Reusable Tall Mason Jar for Juice, Bubble Tea, Smoothie, Tea, Kombucha - Juicing for Beginners: The Essential Guide to Juicing Recipes and Juicing for Weight Loss --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.kg/products/76523200-ultra-juicer](https://www.desertcart.kg/products/76523200-ultra-juicer) --- *Product available on Desertcart Kyrgyzstan* *Store origin: KG* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
