I was kinda shocked that the terminals were not more solid, but I called the manufacturer to get it repaired (looked simple enough) but they do NOT repair them? They wanted a crazy amount for a replacement unit, so I turned to desertcart and found this one, and it works great! Mind you, I had to reset the remote so it communicated with our control pack, but that was covered in the Youtube videos.
