The page doesn't advertise it, but several reviews did indicate silicone came with. The box was damaged during transit, perhaps it fell out. The fit is quite good, and my sun-baked dash probably contributed to any lack in proper fitment, but the real issue is that, despite it being jet black, the raised texture of the plastic catches sunlight in a very distracting way, projecting the light toward your eyes and back onto the windshield above at certain angles.
