**Q: What is the diameter of the arched part the lock hangs from?**
A: Radius approx 1.5”

**Q: What is the height?**
A: 2.5 inches from top of lock to bottom

**Q: Are the black keys magnetic?**
A: No. They are not magnetic.

**Q: Will this fit on a work locker?**
A: Some of those lockers perhaps could be problematic depending on the size of the opening.
I used mine on a foot locker with a standard hinge & clasp set-up.  It worked fine.
If it doesn't fit you could certainly return it as "product did not work as described"
