Can that be?** A: There were two D-rings on all four of the belts that I purchased. **Q: As a women with a waist of 29" and hips of 37" will i be able to wear these? i am a field geologist and i just need something to hang my tools on** A: I think this belt is a little light for using as a tool belt.
