The pics are the same.** A: A molle sheath has a snap closure on its back to allow it to slide over the loops of molle system tactical vests, bags, and such equipment. The snap closure has too much length on its strap to be effective for belt wear. If you plan to wear this on a belt and not mount it on molle gear, get the nylon sheath.
