The included tabi socks aren’t the best but help keep the shoes on your feet. I ordered a size 6.5 in black on black and was sent a size 38 which fit my whole foot very well. Note: I usually wear a 36 in a European size (2 sizes up from my regular size). You must break these Geti clogs in by wearing them for a short time each day and shorten your stride. You’ll learn to manage the clunk. I find they have good arch support, however they are not for extended walking outdoors. I had return this.
