Review: Works but board warps - The laminator is decent for what I paid. Theres definitely a learning curve but once you've used it a few times, it saves a ton of time. I use it for making croissaints and sfogliatelle. However, the board warped and theres a arch in the middle now so the dough doesnt roll evenly and I have to make more turns than I would if hand rolling. I have to keep the board on the floor with weight on it to flatten it out again.
