I'll keep this short. I work in this realm and I can tell you that people who know crypto use this wallet. I'm not saying that nobody uses Trezors or Keepkeys or what have you. Just that in my experience, this is the go-to for a secure hardware solution. And a secure hardware solution is the ONLY solution, really.If you have a substantial investment into one of the myriad supported coins out there, you're doing yourself a disservice if you let an exchange hold (and thus control) your nest egg instead of keeping them safe with a hardware wallet. You're also exposing yourself to far more attack vectors if you use an online wallet on your phone or pc. This device is so secure, you could literally plug it into a malware infested computer and use it safely just as you normally would. That's the nature of these wallets, your private key is securely stored and never exposed.This Ledger Nano combined with a Cryptosteel backup (and a bit of know-how) are all you need to create a veritable crypto fortress. No matter HOW you store your backup seed (and please, people....DO safely store copies of that 24-word seed!!!), this wallet is a great value.
