Depending on your filtration, it can be cleaned and reused several times. Just rinse it out and place it back into your filter. **Q: Can I layer ClassicBlue with your Poliishing Pads?** A: Yes, the water needs to flow through ClassicBlue filter pad first and then through our Polishing Pad. **Q: Will the blue dye come off your pad and leach into my aquarium water?** A: Blue dye will stay on the filter pad because we mix our dye with waterproof glue, not water-resistant glue. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great value for filters *by P***L on May 10, 2026* Great value. Works perfect in my filter. Cheaper than buying the pre-made filters. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does what it is supposed too *by N***A on March 11, 2026* Does what it is supposed to, filters large fragments of water ever is on the aquarium. Thickness is good and able to cut to fit. Wash it out a few times and reused it so that the roll would last longer. Doesn't fall apart even after washing so it's pretty sturdy. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for making your own replacement filter media *by J***Y on February 22, 2025* This is a great way to save money by buying filter media in bulk and then cutting it up yourself. It's easy to size and then you can use a pair of scissors to cut and this will last much longer for a fraction of the price. A few things to note is that there will be quite alot of small pieces of filter media that fall off as you cut so you should cut in a place that is easy to clean up. I got quite a bit stuck on my pants and the solution was to use some packing tape to sticky it off because brushing it with my hands didn't work. It'll also be good practice to rinse the filter media before you put it in the water to help remove any other loose filter media. Either way a great way to save on filtration media. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.kg/products/751678804-aquatic-experts-bonded-aquarium-filter-pad-18x72x-75-in-cut](https://www.desertcart.kg/products/751678804-aquatic-experts-bonded-aquarium-filter-pad-18x72x-75-in-cut) --- *Product available on Desertcart Kyrgyzstan* *Store origin: KG* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
