Fully collapsed it measures about 4" long. **Q: How long is the blade?** A: About 3" inches. A bit shorter than I would have liked. But solid piece overall. **Q: Does this come with a pouch** A: Mine came with a pouch but it was a piece of crap. Wore out in about 3 months.
