I'd also recommend mixing in some whole flour (not white) depending on your recipe. You can't beat the cost savings in bulk and Bob's Red Mill is a quality that you can count on. When I get my flours, I prep them into quart freezer bags with 1 1/2 cups of each kind. (I find that 3 cups is a lowest common number for bread recipes) I can get 10 loaf bags by opening one of each, so you can approximate 5 loaves per bag. When I determine what kind of breads and quantities of each I'm going to make out of the entire batch, I add dry ingredients to the freezer bags. If you add all the dry ingredients EXCEPT the yeast, you have pre-made bread mixes however you want them. Then I just add labels and stack in my freezer.
