Yes, it looks small when it arrives, but I was able to fit 2 pants, 2 shorts, 3 T-shirts, 2 polos, 8 underwear and 8 socks in the bag and there was still room in the front compartment. I'm heading to a destination in Italy that has lots of steps so I wanted the shoulder straps. Also, the zippers work fine. Very smooth.

I have loved this. Plenty of room. Plenty of pockets to put stuff in. My only complaint is the wheels don't seem to hold up as well as advertised when using this on concrete sidewalks.
