Product description               Real Spice of India MDH Maton Curry Masala ★Meat Curry Masala★ Maton Curry. 1. Ginger, 0.5 oz (15 g), 6 pieces of garlic boiled almond, 0.5 oz (15 g), coconut milk powder, 15 g, put these into a paste with a little water. 2. Heat 50g of oil in the pan and fry the chopped onions until it reaches a fox. Add 2 and 1 paste and fry for 5 minutes. 3. Next, add 0.7 oz (20 g) of meat curry masala and fry for 2 minutes. So you can put a small amount of yogurt. 4. Add 2.3 oz (60 g) of tomato puree, and stir for 3-4 minutes. 5. Fill with 24.3 oz (700 g), then turn inside out and bake until color is on medium heat. 6. Finally, add 250 cc of cold or hot water, and place the lid and boil on low heat. 7. Add water if necessary, and simmered for about 45 minutes until the mat becomes soft. MDH MEAT MASALARecipe Grind 15g. ginger, 6 cloves of garlic, 15g. boiled & skinned almonds, 15g. coconut powder and little water to form paste in a grinder. In a pan, heat 50g. oil and fry 100g. ohopped onions in it till light golden. Add the paste in it & fry for 5 minutes. Then add 20g. Meat Curry Masala and fry further for 2 min. Add 120g. natural yogurt pouring little quantity at a time. Add 2.2 oz. (60 g). tomato puree, & salt to taste. Stir for 3-4 min. Add 700g. mutton pieces and brown them turning occasionally on medium flame. Lastly add 250 ml. of hot water. Cover & simmer on low flame. Add more water if required & cook for about 45 min. or till it is tender.                  Directions               Store in a cool, dark place away from high temperatures and humidity. Please use as soon as possible after opening

肉と玉ねぎを煮込んだものに、トマトピューレとこれを加え、塩味を整えるだけで、インド料理屋さんのカレーになります。ものすごく手軽にお店のカレーが作れるので、大変重宝します。問題はそこそこ辛いということですね。辛口を好む方じゃないと、カレーのスパイス感が立つぐらいにこのパウダーを入れてしまうと辛すぎて食べられない可能性があります。慣れないうちはガラムマサラの代わりに使うとか、辛くないスパイス（クミン、コリアンダー）を調整する必要があるかもしれません。私は辛口が大好きなのでまさにこれ１つで十分でした！

このガラムマサラの場合、味がしっかりしてるので、単体で手軽にカレーが作れます。電子レンジ圧力鍋でトロトロにした玉ねぎでとろみをつけ、野菜や肉を入れたところに、このガラムマサラを入れるだけで、インド風のカレーになります。塩は必須だし、手持ちの香辛料を好みで加えたり、デミグラスソースで欧風カレーにアレンジしたりもしてますが普通のインドカレーのように、ガラムマサラの前に、ターメリックとか唐辛子粉とかを別で加える等丹念な工程を経なくても、自分的には成り立つので重宝してます。日本のカレールーを使うと、小麦粉と脂っ気のせいで洗い物が大変だし、太るし、煮込む時焦げやすくて目が離せないのでこちらをベースにアレンジする事にしています。
