My Daughter lives in USA and as their potatoes aren't very good she says happy and she used this alot. I bought them as I've have been told due to weather that potatoes will rise and could be in short supply. This is my second order and it's so simple to make. You add the mix in a basin and add boiling water different amounts depending what size you bought mix well I put a little salt and pepper and let it stand for 1 minute. They taste really good unlike Smash. If you need you can add a know of butter. They are also a substitute if you run out of potatoes. I've been told they are popular with people in the USA.
