We had some water coming in above a window and it was a very easy fix. Sprays on easily and is simple to work with. However, we used a lot more than anticipated, as it needs to go on heavy. I have only used this on stucco and stone walls, where it's been performing quite well for the past year. It does not completely waterproof the wall, but stops most from soaking through and beads away most passing showers. Reduces mold growth.
