However, if treating a full tank go ahead and add the product and agitate with any available method. ie. circulation, stirring, etc. Biobor JF is dual-phase soluble in both fuel and water, so it will begin to migrate through out the tank on its own, it will just be a slower process. It is better to go ahead and treat the tank and let it mix in time, versus no treatment at all. Biobor JF provides lasting protection of stored fuel, and will also protect the fuel as it is delivered to the equipment being used for complete coverage. **Q: I have a 400 gallon tank. For maintence dose: if i fill up (add) with 200 gallons, do I dose for 200 gallons or 400 gallons?** A: If the fuel that is already in the tank is treated with Biobor JF then you would only dose for the 200 gallons that you are adding. If the fuel currently in the tank is untreated with Biobor then you would dose for the entire 400 gallons. It will also get into the fuel lines and injectors by running the engine. Should be fine. Even if i add biobor before a fill up I still run the engines to get it in the full lines and injectors. I have been using Biobor on every fill up and winter storage since 1998 religiously in my boat and i have Never had anything grow in my tank. Never a problem.
