Yes, it does perfectly. My wife had an iPhone 5S and know has the 13 with a clear case; and, it fits perfect!. I had the iPhone 10 and now the 13 and the fit is perfect with a clear case! It is an elegant sturdy holster.* If the belt clip had a leather covering with strong stitching that would NOT break and the entire covering would come off, I would have given 5 stars!* Magnetic flap twin magnets is perfect for a secure flap closing.* It also has belt loops, which we didn't use as we preferred the belt clip.* I bought this 2nd one because it is smaller than the regular holsters on the market for the larger iPhones (i.e., iPhone 13), which advertise as a perfect fit with a clear case.
