Competing brands, such as the Walmart store brand, that imitate this stuff often have powders that clumps together and does not dissolve properly. A: I can see why you are confused!  Someone just made a big mistake.  I would never have purchased the "sugar free" version of anything.  Also don't care for the "butterscotch" flavor.  However, when I looked at what you were seeing, it also flashed the instant cheese cake box.  I have purchased both the regular and chocolate flavors.  Love them both!  So easy to fix.  And, I highly recommend the Jell-o No Bake cheese cake!

A: 6 grams

**Q: what is the expiration date?**
A: Usually a year, year and a half, BUT I use a pkg once a month or more, so I never need to worry about exceeding the expiration date.  :)

This is yummy. I love pudding, and this has no sugar. It was super easy to make and tastes great. I also have used this in wine cake. mmmmm... Problem now is I have lymphedema, so I won't be reordering these because I want to use my daily recommended allowance, DRA, for sodium on something else... I mean it's 280 mcg or 12% DRA per serving on something that is basically a desert...
