It is far cheaper than Shakeology and definitely gets bonus points for being plant-based. I've been feeling a heck of a lot better since I began using this product. I just mix it with either water or almond milk; both are drinkable. Curious to try the other flavors, though I wish I could mix and match this double pack.The blender bottle that comes with this package didn't work out for me. No matter how careful I was putting the parts together I kept getting powder caked and wasted around the rim. I got a blender bottle and I love it.I ended up throwing out the supplements. Using the recipe that came with the package, almond milk instead of water makes a big difference. A few ice cubes, frozen berries, a banana, a bit of yogurt, the powder in the blender and an easy breakfast that carries me until lunch. I can't comment on the weight loss aspect of this product since I haven't been using it long enough and wasn't really expecting miraculous results in that area. I will say that I like what's in it and how it tastes. It is pricey, but I can see it being a great substitute for a meal and has great potential as a weight loss product as long as you have the will power to keep using it as such. I’m almost 38 years old, I have two kids a husband and a full time job. This shake is easy to make and refrigerates well. I use almond milk as my liquid – it’s so good.
