Yet to give birth so can’t review on that side of things but overall good quality product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tea *by A***S on 17 December 2025* In terms of the tea itself, I drank it only once and then ended up having an episiotomy so there’s that haha. As a result, I can’t comment on how effective they are at avoiding tearing. However, my birth was great and I dilated to 8cm fairly quickly. Though this was likely unrelated to the tea as again, I only drank it one time. The flavour of the tea is plain and nice. I don’t like to add sugar to my herbal teas and this is fine without it. I can’t say anything bad about the tea. It’s an easy go-to on the market for raspberry tea and I would get again when I have my second.
