Before incorporating BCAAs as a stand-alone supplement, it would take up to a week for my muscles to heal up, and sometimes it still wouldn't be fully healed, now everything heals up in about 24-48hrs which is great for if you train certain muscle groups twice a week or more such as legs. The canisters are little, but it comes with a LOT in there (for me, anyway). The scooper is really tiny and it instructs you to take 2 scoops, so it's not as bad as I thought it would be. I'd recommend this in the Blue Raspberry flavor, as it's the only flavor I've tried so far. I do plan to try other flavors of this stuff later on. Also, the price here is great.
