**Q: this is date molasses & simple syrup (from cane sugar or HFCS)? if this is jallab; what is syrup from grape & date molasses + rose called?**
A: I think same thing 
It is made of different syrups mixed together each manufacturer chooses 
For Cortas please read the ingredients listed on the website that is part of the label on the bottle

**Q: review said it taste like rose water but zero rose in ingredients. says jallab but it's only date molasses & simple syrup. maybe best to pass on this?**
A: Yes, Rose Water is the overtine flavor as opposed to Dates. VERY sweet. Adjust the ratio to taste. Use filtered or bottled water to get a more true flavor.
