I’ve tried several teas, mushroom coffees and even some other Chicory based options. None of them have given me that flavor or appeal of a good cup of coffee. Having developed an allergy to coffee I needed an alternative to all the things I love about my morning coffee- hot and iced. This product is as close as I’ve gotten. It has a smooth, rich flavor like coffee. When I mixed per instructions it feels a little weak in flavor so I used less water or more product, especially if I’m adding creamer or milk. It mixes very well with no clumping or unmixed particles at the bottom of the cup. It has an appealing aroma and doesn’t feel like a tea ( I feel like several replacement products are tea- like) I am new to this product so I’m hopeful that this helps me miss my coffee less. Give it a try if you need to replace coffee for whatever reason. It gets my vote as the best alternative.
