**Q: can your company refrain from sending this overpriced stuff in a dang envelope? it getting crushed. why would you send bread in a padded envelope?!**
A: Mine was also, will not buy again, price is ridiculous for what you get

A: This is not gluten free, it contains wheat & soy products. I bought it because I thought it was wheat free for the Keto diet & only made with flax, but that is not the case.

**Q: Do you need to bake it first?**
A: No. It’s ready to eat. We highly recommend roasting it prior to consumption.

**Q: can you confirm this bread is Keto?**
A: This is the worse bread I've ever had, it's horrible.It also isn't what it shows online the slices are the size of a cracker. Don't buy ,So disappointed..
