The fabric is nice - not the BEST cotton/blend I have, but not bad. The elastic, however, is a little lower quality than I'd expect at this price. After washing it just a few times, the elastic has shrunk a bit - which isn't horrible or unexpected... however, the elastic also got a bit "wonky" or wavy. It's not horrible (and once you've had them on for an hour or so it flattens out against your body), but until it flattens, it can be a little scratchy depending on where it hits.
