Warning/bonus. There is a ton of fiber for just 3 pieces. I personally have tried to increase my fiber intake and getting 30% of my goal in one sitting is great. If you aren't used to high fiber you do probably need to just eat one or two and see how it goes. I'm honestly going to eat these as a fiber sublet daily.
