Review: Slight taste of beets and mixed well - I’ve been mixing it in my Kefir for the added prebiotics. It mixes well and has a slight taste of Red beets. I happen to love fresh beets and don’t mind the flavor at all. I believe it is a good product and recommend it for those folks who like taste of beets.

I'll get through the one canister, but won't order it again unless I can figure out a way to make it taste better. UPDATE- I started adding it to my smoothies and can barley taste it. I might change my mind and continue using it.

A: The container label don’t have that information on it.  But it is all natural.  Maybe look on the web site of cultured food life by Donna Swenk.  I believe she is the creator.  It is all natural.  Hope this helps.

**Q: How do you get past the taste?**
A: I mix the powder in my cooked oatmeal and some people mix it in their smoothie.  I think it taste good.

I took this product in an attempt heal my gut, and I'm enjoying it so far. After taking a half scoop on an empty stomach, I started noticing that I had more energy and mental clarity. Also, I had less bloating. The fact that it doesn't contain fillers is also a plus. Thumbs up from me! I will give a follow up review in a few months to see if i still like it.
